48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, allowing us to dedicate specific doctor and hygienist time to your care. If you need to make changes or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice limit our ability to accommodate other patients and impact our practice’s resources. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in providing timely notice for any appointment adjustments.

Arriving Late

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining scheduled time. However, to ensure the quality of your care:

  • Treatment May Be Rescheduled: We may need to reschedule your appointment or book an additional session to complete the necessary treatment.
  • Punctuality Encouraged: Arriving on time allows us to provide you with the comprehensive care you deserve.

Appointment Reminders

To help you stay on track with your dental care, we offer courtesy reminders via text and email before your appointment. If you don’t confirm or we’re unable to reach you, please know that your appointment will remain scheduled as planned, and we will expect to see you.
