The atmosphere is very calm in the office. The staff is knowledgable, well trained, and very friendly. I love the new email system. While I wish I did not have dental issues - I have enjoyed my visits to the office.

I was referred to Dr Phillips by my wife when we first married. She'd been going to him for several years and spoke very highly of him. Initially, it was just a convenience move for me - closer to home, consolidated billing, etc. And then I met him. And his staff. And everything changed. I swear, if every medical/household relationship were like this life would be grand. I walk in the door and I'm greeted by friendly staff that well, you know, REMEMBER me. AND my family. Usually I'm there for a cleaning, so I have a most pleasant (yeah I used "pleasant" and "cleaning" in the same sentence) 45 minutes, followed by a review and strategy discussion with Dr. Phillips. I've needed some crowns made and replaced and we're about half way through the process. This is where the tech-guy side of me really gets excited. This guy has some wicked state-of-the-art design and fabrication equipment so you can get a crown designed (using digital imaging and CAD/CAM software) and constructed (by a super-accurate milling machine) while you ... when we first married. In summary my contention is that Dr. Phillips has the whole notion of customer/patient service down pat and that if you appreciate NOT being just another appointment on a log, you'll do yourself a favor and give his team a test drive. Just don't take my appointments ;-D

The Front Desk staff are always super friendly and pleasant, even at the end of a long day. I appreciate their smiles and humor. :)

Friendly staff and Dr. Dunn was so helpful and kind. Truly a new kind of dental experience--and it makes such a difference. Kudos to whoever makes all the little things happen--they really matter and don't go unnoticed.

Everyone in the office is upbeat, positive, kind and understanding. They say hello and acknowledge me when I come in the door. I feel as though I am treated like a human being rather than "the 7:30 cleaning" and I really appreciate that. Dr. Phillips, you and your crew are great. Thank you!

Doctor Phillips and his staff of professionals are some of the nicest people I have met in the medical field. The doctor always takes the time to visit each of his patients, even if another member of his team is doing the cleaning or the routine elements of their practice. However, when I went in to get 2 fillings replaced, I was in and out in a half hour--even with numbing anaesthetic shots. When I was going through Chemotherapy, I remember a visit when he and several members of his staff were gathered around my chair in the little room (I was there for a cleaning) and they were all concerned and so supportive. I had only known them a short time and they made it their business to remember me and the details of my life. My wife and I have personally referred 5 people to Dr. Phillips, just as we were referred by two of our closest friends. They are conservative with their suggestions of work needing to be done (instead of pressuring people to do unnecessary work), but are open to the goals of the patient. Their integrity and professionalism are beyond reproach and their equipment is state of the art.

Appts are always on time. The staff is very friendly and competent. The coffee in the waiting room is a treat. Dr Phillips is like an extension of our family.

East Sacramento Dental Care is friendly place that really knows their business. My family and I have been going here for years and been always had excellent care and service. At this point I would never think of going anywhere else!
