With his warm, friendly smile and gentle approach toward dentistry, Dr. Paul Phillips is one of Sacramento's leading family dentists.

He was raised in the Bay Area, where his parents taught him the importance of hard work, honesty and compassion, values that he brings to his life and work.  In 1991, Dr. Phillips graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry and set up private practice in East Sacramento.

Continuing education is a passion for Dr. Phillips.  He attends advanced courses in esthetic and restorative dentistry emphasizing the use of natural-looking materials.  His expanded focus of attention to artistic detail ensures that his patient' smiles are healthy and functional, as well as beautiful.

Married with three young children, Dr. Phillips is actively involved in the dental community.  He has served as the Membership Chair of the Sacramento District Dental Society and volunteers for their Healthy Start program, which provides free dental screenings for schoolchildren.  He also donates his time and efforts to Smiles for Life, a program that has raised millions for various children's charities.
